Rapid Response

Need temp staffing immediately? No problem. People Direct offers a 30-minute response time to fill requirements. When requested, we will either provide you with the name of your temporary or give you a status report within 30 minutes. You will never need to call us to find out the status of your order.


Customer Visits

We believe a good business relationship is predicated on having a good understanding of your organization. That’s why we visit our customers to familiarize ourselves with your work environment and continue to work with you to evaluate each temporary employee’s performance.


On Call 24/7

We understand that Government needs don’t always fall within a “normal” business day. That’s why People Direct is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you need assistance beyond normal business hours, we are only a phone call away.


Risk Free

Through our Working Interview program, you are guaranteed the best temporary employee. Our candidate will work at your location for four hours; then you decide. If the candidate is not a great fit, we’ll find you a qualified replacement and you won’t have to pay for the hours the first person worked.


Regular Reporting

We know how important your organization’s mission is, so we provide weekly customized reports as well as quarterly business reviews to ensure that our service is efficient, effective, and continues to fit your needs.


On-Site Service

We minimize your time and involvement in managing large numbers of temporary employees by placing a supervisor on site at your location. Our on-site supervisor handles all aspects of employee management, training, and reporting to ensue you get quality support all of the time.
